After practicing law in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Larry E. Coploff returned to Lock Haven in February 1979, to practice law in the office of J. Michael Williamson. On January 1, 1980, they formed the partnership of Williamson and Coploff.
In January 1990, Paul J. Ryan joined the firm of Williamson, Coploff and Hanna after clerking for Judge Carson Brown and working for a Williamsport law firm.
With sixteen years experience in Legal Services in Perry and Clinton Counties, Paul D. Welch, Jr., joined the firm of Williamson, Coploff, Hanna and Ryan in July, 1993. J. Michael Williamson left the partnership when he was elected to the bench, as a Clinton County Judge, effective January 1, 1994.
In 2014, after practicing law in Delaware for 3 years, Justin K. Houser, Esquire, joined the firm as an associate and 3 years later became a partner in 2017.
